House Coordinator (TAY) - FT or PT - Portage County

We currently have part-time and full-time openings. Duties include providing assistance with and teaching daily living skills, monitoring for safety and apartment cleanliness, and treatment coordination with other services.  High school diploma required.  Valid Ohio driver's license and good driving record and criminal background check a must!  BA and experience in the mental health field a plus.
