Administrative Support - 2nd shift

Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a customer service-oriented person to provide front desk coverage in our Crisis Stabilization Unit in Lima, Ohio.

Duties include:

  • Answering phones,
  • Greeting customers,
  • Notifying staff of client arrival,
  • Triaging calls,
  • Scheduling/confirming appointments,
  • Accessing reports
  • Performing other general office duties.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and stay calm during crisis situations.

Must have one year of related experience as a telephone receptionist and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel. Experience in medical office preferred.
