Administrative Support - FT Portage County

Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community.  We are seeking a customer service-oriented person to assist and provide Administrative Support at the front desk in our Ravenna, Ohio, location. The position will be Mondays-Fridays from 9am - 5pm.

What skills and experience are we seeking for the Administrative Support position?

  • Answering phones 
  • Greeting customers 
  • Notifying staff of client arrival 
  • Scheduling/confirming appointments 
  • Collecting co-pays and insurance information
  • Operating office equipment such as fax and copy machine 
  • Performing general office duties as assigned

What qualifications will you need to be successful in the Administrative Support role? 

  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to interact with a diverse population
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Stay calm during crisis situations
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
