Administrative Support - PT - Auglaize County, OH

Coleman Health Services is seeking a part-time customer service-oriented person to provide front desk coverage for behavioral health offices in Auglaize County, Ohio.  Duties include answering phones, greeting customers, notifying staff of client arrival, triaging calls, scheduling/confirming appointments, customer service, medical records, accessing reports, distributing mail, and performing other general office duties.  Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and stay calm during crisis situations.  Must have one-year of related experience as telephone receptionist and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.
