Administrative/Records Support - FT - Wayne County

What are we looking for from the Administrative/Records Support?  

  • Enter data in the electronic health record
  • Help clients by answering questions without involving a clinician (which may involve scheduling or linking with a clinician)
  • Triage of phone calls
  • Distribute mail (interoffice and postal) and maintain postage machine and mailboxes
  • Perform general office duties

What qualifications will you need to be a successful Administrative/Records Support?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One-year administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and stay calm during crisis situations
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively as a team, interacting with clients and external care providers; and consulting with clinicians along with administrative and support staff
