Help support our mission by providing professional patient care with a strong, team-oriented approach for medication evaluations and monitoring. Qualified candidates must be a Certified Nurse Specialist with a psychiatry focus and prescriptive authority or Nurse Practitioner with a Psychiatric Mental Health Certification and prescriptive authority. All APNs must maintain a Standard Care Arrangement with an identified Coleman Psychiatrist in accordance with the State of Ohio Board of Nursing. Must be eligible to obtain an NPI number, enrolled as a provider to bill Ohio Medicaid, and have a CAQH account created.
