Seeking a Behavioral Health/Substance Use Navigator in Mahoning County.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Must have Bachelor's Degree and CDCA (or be able to obtain CDCA). In addition, must have one year of related experience working with people who are severely mentally disabled and/or dually diagnosed, knowledge of psychiatric disorders, and significant familiarity with community systems and agencies.
Must be willing to complete outreaches in the community. Must have and maintain excellent driving record. Prior experience working with clients in a community based setting preferred.
Must have NPI and Medicaid Provider numbers or willing to obtain such.
