Behavioral Health Navigator - Full Time -Champaign County

Coleman Health Services is seeking a licensed social worker or counselor to be part of a multi-disciplinary team located within Mercy Hospital in Urbana, Ohio. The Behavioral Health Navigator position will help individuals in crisis navigate the behavioral health system by assessing their current needs and linking people to the appropriate level of care and services. Utilizing evidenced based practices and tools, you will provide assessments and brief interventions to support long-term recovery from behavioral health conditions. This position is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Qualifications of Behavioral Health Navigator:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Experience in crisis intervention
  • Have or willing to get NPI and Medicaid Billing numbers along with CAQH account (we'll help!)
