This position is responsible for inbound and outbound calls for a variety of customer needs which could involve other tasks such as logging notes, scheduling, etc. based upon the customer need and call type. This position is 20 hours per week and needs to be flexible with working evenings and weekends. No previous experience required! Individuals will be trained on all aspects of the job function, use of equipment, and software systems.

Ideal candidates will have effective communication skills, willing to learn, able to sit for long period of times, and able to use headphones. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
