In Coleman Residential, our goal is to strengthen resident recovery and independence as well as to support the growth and well-being of our staff. With us, you will get the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, multi-disciplined staff, and in a wide variety of supportive housing environments throughout Stark County, Ohio. Under the supervision of the Residential Director, you will support clients in developing independent living skills, connect clients with essential community resources and coordinate client care to ensure all health-related needs are met. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. This position pays up to $18/hour.
Qualified candidates must have a related bachelor's degree or three years' relevant experience and a clean driving record. Behavioral health experience is preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of computers and willingness to apply skills a plus.
