Case Manager\Payee

Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking a team player for our case management\payee program in Jefferson County, Ohio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating payee program with Coleman payee specialist and SSA
  • Setting up budgets for clients
  • Assisting clients with paying bills.

Must have, or be willing to obtain, an NPI number and Medicaid Provider Number. Must have and maintain a clean driving record.

Must be organized, team oriented, and able to set clear limits with consumers. Must have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Accounting, or related field. Must also have and maintain excellent driving record and willingness to transport clients where necessary to accomplish client goals.
