Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant in Canton, OH.

The Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for follow-up with patients, family and pharmacy regarding medication changes, problems or instructions, and coordinate patient care information with other health care professionals. This person will coordinate all patient assistance programming, insurance prior authorizations, and central pharmacy use.

Qualified Medical Assistants:

·  Must be a high school graduate and have certification as a medical assistant.

·  Medical office experience and e-scribing

·  Knowledge of psychiatric medications is preferred

·  Must be willing to complete and have favorable BCI results and drug/alcohol screening if selected for the position
