We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our recovery-oriented team of professionals to work with individuals with behavioral health and substance use disorders by providing individual and group counseling at our Lima, Ohio office. Candidates must have excellent skills in individual counseling and group counseling and familiar with medication assistant treatment services (MAT). Must have High School Diploma, preferably an Associate's degree, CDCA and, in addition, have experience working with the SUD adult population.
Must have an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number.
