Chief Officer - FT - Summit County

Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, seeks a Chief Officer to organize, develop, and lead the clinical services delivered in Summit County, which includes psychiatry, case management, outpatient therapy, and collaboration with an integrated health model with Summa Health System.  Duties include providing service growth, development leadership, and clinical and administrative supervision, as well as planning, implementing, and monitoring budgets.  Chief Officers are generally expected to commit at least 46 hours per week to the agency.

Eligible candidates must have a Master's degree and five years of supervisory experience in behavioral health or health care.  Ideal candidates will have an independent license as a Psychologist, LISW, LPCC, or MSN; have an NPI number; have a CAQH account; be enrolled as a provider to bill Ohio Medicaid; have senior-level leadership position in integrated care or hospital environments; and have experience managing multi-site operations.
