Clinical Trainer & Project Facilitator - FT - Various Coleman Locations

We are seeking a Clinical Trainer & Project Facilitator to provide clinical and other training and education to employees to help sustain Coleman's success and growth. This position has potential to be based out of one of our clinical offices located in Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, or Mahoning Counties.

What are we looking for from you?  

  • Supports Coleman's prescriber and nursing employees
  • Support training needs for all levels of the organization
  • Provide backup for other trainers
  • Travel throughout Ohio to various Coleman locations when needed

What qualifications will you need to be a successful Clinical Trainer & Project Facilitator

  • Minimum of RN, LSW, or LPC license
  • Experience with E&M codes and ICD-10 coding with knowledge in all areas of documentation requirements
  • Experience with electronic health records and a behavioral health environment
  • Understand behavioral health and psychiatry medical terminology
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently and to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to travel to various CHS locations as needed
  • Maintain an excellent driving record
