Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs is seeking a social work and/or counseling individual to provide crisis intervention and counseling services to individuals in various community settings throughout Stark County, Ohio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Completing Emergency Mental Health Assessments
-Provide Short Term Crisis Intervention
-Link Patients to Community Resources
-Work together with Community Partners (Hospital ED's, Police, BH Agencies, Schools, etc.)
Qualified candidates will have their Master's degree along with LSW or LPC licensure, must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number, have and maintain an excellent driving record, and 2 years' experience working in the behavioral healthcare field.
