- Work with youth and families in crisis throughout Allen, Auglaize, Hardin & Putnam Counties as part of the Youth Mobile Response Team
- Provide crisis assessment; safety planning; and follow up assistance and support
- Work together with team of counselors/social workers, case managers, and family peer support specialist while maintaining positive relationships with community professionals
Qualified candidates will have their Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field; must have/maintain an excellent driving record; and the desire to work with children and families in their homes. Ideal candidate will have experience in community behavioral health; crisis intervention; motivational interviewing; and trauma informed care. Prefer someone with LSW or LPC licensure (eligible for a NPI number and Ohio Medicaid number).
