Coleman Health Services is seeking a Crisis Technician for our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Ravenna, Ohio, and serving Portage County. Responsibilities include working with the team, monitoring client safety, and coordinating treatment with the team.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meal preparation
- Monitoring resident safety
- Maintaining unit compliance standards
- Providing support and activities for residents on the unit
- Consulting with clinical treatment team of case managers, nurses, counselors, and psychiatrists
Available Shift details:
- Full time = 2nd shift (3p-11p) Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday (may be able to consider 4 10hr shifts as an alternative)
- Part time = 2nd shift (3p-11p) weekday/weekend combo, 3rd
shift weekday/weekend combo (11p-7a)
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and rotating holidays
Qualifications of Crisis Technician include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have/maintain an excellent driving record
- Able to pass a Drug test
- Able to pass BCI/FBI background checks
Preference given to the following candidates:
- BA/BS in mental health/related field or five years of experience in mental health
- Experience in crisis intervention
