We are seeking a Director of Residential Services to manage several residential programs for individuals age 18 and older with behavioral health disorders in Stark and Trumbull Counties in Ohio,

Duties of Residential Director:

• Responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of staff,
• Residential coordination at local and state venues;
• Departmental budget management;
• Providing clinical best practices to the residents
• Maintain compliance with funding and licensing requirements.

Qualifications of Director:

• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Must be willing to complete and have favorable results for criminal background check, drug screening, and driving check (must have a clean driving record) if selected for the position
• Prefer management experience
