Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking a Director of Vocational & Employment Services to train and supervise staff in Allen, Auglaize and Hardin Counties.
Duties of Director of Vocation and Employment Services includes:
Preferred Qualifications: Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), or independent licensure.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Services and 2+ years experience in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel; excellent driving record; strong communication skills, listening skills, and follow-up techniques. Prefer management experience.
