We are seeking a Director to manage a 24/7 Access/Crisis Center for Belmont, Harrison, Monroe and Jefferson Counties, Ohio.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing persons for a level of care;
• Providing crisis support via face-to-face interactions and phone calls;
• Completing investigative reports;
• Working with Probate Court, hospitals, Adult Protective Services, and other organizations in the community; and leading the Access team. 
• Additionally, the Director provides clinical oversight for daily operations, ensures 24/7 coverage, performs clinical sign-offs, completes required reports, and attends required meetings.

Qualified candidates must have a Master's Degree and Ohio LPCC or LISW license; one year of management experience; and experience with hospitals, other agencies, and the community mental health system. Preferred candidate will have an LPCC-S or LISW-S and CAQH account. Must have an NPI and Medicaid Provider Number.

Must also have a valid driver's license and have and maintain acceptable driver status per Company policy.
