Director of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Director of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT).

ACT is an evidenced-based, shared-caseload; multi-disciplinary practice of delivering comprehensive community based behavioral health services to adults with certain serious and persistent mental illnesses. Duties will include providing clinical supervision of ACT team members, program and service administration, clinical leadership, and direct care and advocacy for consumer needs. Some on-call responsibilities will be required.

Minimum Qualifications for Director of ACT:

  • Must have LISW, LPCC, RN, or Psychology licensure
  • Eligible to obtain an NPI number and be enrolled as a provider to bill Ohio Medicaid
  • Able to communicate effectively with consumer, families, multi-disciplinary staff, and partner agencies
  • Have at least 2 years' experience and training in serving the SMI, SPMI, SUD and/or co-occurring disorders populations
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

Prefer someone with experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation. Salary based on experience and credentials.
