In addition, this position provides direct care, including but not limited to psychotherapy, mental health assessments, individualized service plans; advocates for the consumers' needs and desires.
Must have Ohio license as a LSW or LPC; able to communicate effectively with consumers, families, multi-disciplinary staff, key stake holders and partner agencies in addition to having at least 3 years' experience and training in serving the SPMI and SMD, SUD and co-occurring disorders populations; and be eligible to obtain an NPI number and enrolled as a provider to bill Ohio Medicaid. Prefer someone working towards LISW or LPCC license; experience in mental health field plus indirect service in an integrated primary behavioral health care setting and experience with SMD population; and experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation. Salary based on experience and credentials.
