Duties include administrative and clinical supervision of outpatient and community therapists; clinical oversight of the counseling and diagnostic assessment service areas, including the same-day access clinics; monitor the key indicators for the aforementioned service areas; coordinate with supervisees and other staff and managers to address continuous improvements; weekly review of productivity of supervisees; monthly review of compliance data of supervisees; and participate in key meetings and groups related to those service areas. Qualified candidates will have LISW-S, LPCC-S, LIMFT-S or able to obtain such licensure within one year. Must be willing to obtain or already have the following: a NPI number; an Ohio Medicaid number; and a CAQH account.
