Director of Case Management - FT - Jefferson County

Coleman Health Services is seeking a Director of Case Management in Jefferson County, Ohio.  Duties will include providing clinical leadership and supervision for Case Management staff, direct care and advocacy for consumer needs.

Qualified candidates must have:

-LSW or LPC with an NPI number, an Ohio Medicaid provider number (must obtain independent license within a year)

-Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers, families, multi-disciplinary staff and partner agencies;

-At least 3 years' experience in serving populations with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders; and

-A valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred candidates will have:

-Additional clinical and administrative supervision experience;

-Licensed as a LISW-S, LPCC-S, or Psychologist; 

-Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation; and

-Prior management experience
