Coleman Health Services is seeking a Director of Counseling in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties, Ohio.

Key Duties of the Director of Counseling include:

• Administrative and clinical supervision of outpatient therapists
• Diagnostic assessment coordinator
• Monitoring the key indicators for the aforementioned service areas;
• Coordinating with supervisees and other staff and managers to address continuous improvements;
• Weekly review of productivity of supervisees;
• Monthly review of compliance data of supervisees;
• Participation in key meetings and groups related to those service areas.
• Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation is also preferred.

Preferred candidates will have:

• Additional clinical and administrative supervision experience;
• Licensed as a LISW-S, LPCC-S, or Psychologist;
• Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation; and
• Prior management experience

Must be willing to obtain or already have the following: an NPI number, an Ohio Medicaid number and a CAQH account.

Employee Package includes:

• Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000, depending on licensure and experience
