We are seeking a Director to manage a 24/7 Access/Crisis Center for Jefferson County, Ohio.
Responsibilities include:
· Assessing persons for a level of care;
· Providing crisis support via face-to-face interactions and phone calls;
· Completing investigative reports;
· Working with Probate Court, hospitals, Adult Protective Services, and other organizations in the community; and leading the Access team.
· Additionally, the Director provides clinical oversight for daily operations, ensures 24/7 coverage, performs clinical sign-offs, completes required reports, and attends required meetings.

Qualified candidates must have a Master's Degree and Ohio LPCC-S or LISW-S license (or able to obtain within six months); one year of management experience; and experience with hospitals, other agencies, and the community mental health system. Preferred candidate will have an LPCC-S or LISW-S and CAQH account. Must have an NPI and Medicaid Provider Number.
Must also have a valid driver's license and have and maintain acceptable driver status per Company policy.
