Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit

We are seeking Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit in Lima, Ohio. The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in Allen County in managing a multi-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization unit with 24/7 coverage.

Duties include:

  • Develop and Maintain staffing schedule for the unit
  • Coordinate admissions and discharges
  • Develop and implement daily treatment regimen.
  • Support coordination with other services for individuals admitted to unit.
  • Provide clinical leadership, management, and direct care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit.
  • Manage department's operating budget

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree along with LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-S licensure
  • Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record

    Preference given to the following candidates:

    • Past or current work management experience
    • Past or current experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care

    Employee Package includes:

    • Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on licensure and experience
