Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a qualified candidate for a part-time position working with employers and individuals with barriers to seeking employment in Portage County, Ohio. This position would be located in Kent, Ohio.

Job duties of Employment Specialist include:

• Job placement
• Job seeking skills training and assessment
• Job coaching and follow-up

Qualified Employment Specialist Candidates will have:

• Must have and maintain excellent driving record
• An NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number (or willing to obtain)
• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities
• BA and/or experience as a placement/marketing professional preferred
• Direct experience working with BVR/OOD a plus
