Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time position working with employers and individuals with barriers to seeking employment in Tuscarawas and Sark Counties. This position will work with all ages, with an emphasis on older high school age individuals. Candidate will primarily work out of Tuscarawas County but will travel to Stark County when additional support is needed.

Job duties of Employment Specialist include:

• Job placement
• Soft skills and job training
• Making community connections
• Providing on-the-job support
• Overseeing work experiences for high school students with disabilities

Qualified Employment Specialist Candidates will have:

• Must have and maintain excellent driving record
• Willing to obtain an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities
• BA and/or experience as a placement/marketing professional preferred
• Direct experience working with BVR/OOD a plus
