Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a qualified candidate for a Full or part-time position working with employers and individuals with barriers to seeking employment in Logan and Champaign Counties, Ohio. This position will work with all ages, with an emphasis on older high school age individuals. The primary service area for this position will include Logan, Champaign and Hardin counties.

Job duties of Employment Specialist include:

• Job placement
• Job seeking skills training and assessment
• Job coaching and follow-up
• Overseeing work experiences for high school students with disabilities.

Qualified Employment Specialist Candidates will have:

• Must have and maintain excellent driving record
• Willing to obtain an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities
• BA and/or experience as a placement/marketing professional preferred
• Direct experience working with BVR/OOD a plus
