Executive Director, Care Management (OhioRISE)

Join us as the Executive Director of Care Management where you will lead a Care Coordination management team that drives positive changes in the lives of youth and families within our community. This is a full-time position located in our Mansfield office that will be serving Richland, Ashland, Wayne & Holmes counties. Great opportunity for those with a background in social work, social services, or other mental health-related fields.

Your Impact as the Executive Director of Care Management:

  • Provide strategic oversight of OhioRISE care coordination services, centered on high-fidelity wraparound principles.
  • Effective leadership of a Care Coordination management team that ensures high-quality staff performance and growth.
  • Actively develop and collaborate with child-serving systems and behavioral health providers at a local and state level.
  • Initiate quality improvement initiatives that align with OhioRISE program requirements.
  • Operational oversight of several offices across multiple counties.

Qualifications of a Successful Executive Director of Care Management:

  • Master's Degree in a mental health-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in community-based services.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in children's mental health or related public sectors, providing community-based services to children, youth, families, or caregivers.
  • Maintain an outstanding driving record.
  • Must have an NPI and Ohio Medicaid number.
