Coleman Health Services is looking for a Housing Specialist that will be responsible to complete housing assessments and manage several grants related to housing and housing resources.  The Housing Specialist will make referrals for housing, employment, and link the individual with ongoing mental health services.  The Housing Specialist will also be providing case management services to persons residing in Coleman owned housing.

Qualified candidates:

• Three years' experience in mental health or related field or BA/BS in mental health or related field
• Have/maintain excellent driving records
• Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers
• Experience in case management preferred
