NEW POSITION!! Due to growth, we are seeking a team player for our counseling program to support our mission of fostering recovery, building independence, and changing destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. Responsibilities will include providing intensive home-based counseling services with a goal to keep at-risk youth within their homes and community. Additional responsibilities include providing screening: intakes, evaluations, assessments, and crisis intervention with the purpose to service applicants, clients, and their families while coordinating with referral source and ancillary agencies as needed. This position has a small caseload, up to 8 clients, and scheduling is flexible.
Requirements: This is an approved internship position; must have CT status. Preferred Master's Degree in mental health-related field; LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S. Must be willing to obtain or already have the following: a NPI number; an Ohio Medicaid number; and a CAQH account (if independently licensed).
