The Jack/Jill of All Trades will be responsible for keeping the buildings sparkling clean and assisting with maintenance work orders under the direction of Coleman's Director of Rental Management. Part of our mission is to foster independence, therefore providing clients with a stable, supportive housing. Daily building support will include but is not limited to cleaning and maintaining common areas in buildings including restrooms and laundry rooms, taking out trash, picking up trash, as well as completing service requests of our residents. Experience in custodial/maintenance work would be helpful. Some travel and schedule flexibility required. Must have/maintain a clean driving record. Position is part time approximately 20-30 hours per week.
