Must have Ohio licensure as LSW or LPC, one or more years of experience in a mental health or crisis unit work setting, knowledge and skill relative to mental illness and related dynamics, psychiatric emergencies, behavioral, risk and diagnostic assessment, therapeutic communication, crisis triage and intervention, de-escalation, treatment modalities, and service delivery systems in behavioral health and related fields. Must pass required background check and driving record check, and must have valid driver's license. LPCC/LISW preferred (with NPI number, enrolled as a provider to bill Ohio Medicaid, and have a CAQH account created).
