Coleman Adult Day Services is seeking an exceptional LPN to work PRN at providing nursing services for older adults with functional and cognitive impairments. No evenings or weekends! PRN shifts would be to cover vacation and other paid days off Monday - Friday day shift. Pay range is $22 - $25 per hour.

Job Duties of LPN include, but not limited to:

• Medication administration, dressing changes and other treatments and assistance with ADLs.
• Maintain proper documentation of current medications and medication administration.
• ocumentation of communication with clients, physicians, and families relating to attendance, changes and progress in health status and other necessary information.

Qualified LPN will have:

• Ohio license as LPN
• One-year verifiable experience working in a health care settingPreferred LPN Candidates will also have:

• Previous experience working with the geriatric population and disabled adults
• Some dementia care and/or developmental disability experience
