Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Recovery Coach in Allen County, OH for our MOMS Program. Our Recovery Coach assist clients in developing an Individual Wellness Recovery Treatment Plan, acquiring life skills and employment readiness.

Duties of Recovery Coach:

·  Connect clients to recovery resources especially in recreational activities in a drug and alcohol free environment

·  Individual will share personal recovery experiences, demonstrate and model effective coping techniques and self-help strategies

·  Transport clients and?maintain excellent driving record

Qualifications of Recovery Coach:

·  Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our consumers

·  OMHAS Peer Recovery Certification?required
