Manager, CME Training Team

Coleman Health Services is seeking an experienced behavioral health leader to oversee our OhioRISE Training Team. This role is responsible for driving strategic oversight and operational leadership of Care Coordination training within the CME. This individual will work in-person Monday through Friday and can be based out of our Akron, Ashland, Mansfield, or Wooster offices and will be providing support for Ashland, Holmes, Portage, Richland, Summit, and Holmes Counties in Ohio.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and develop a team of Care Coordinator Trainers
  • Assess and recommend CME-wide training priorities based on performance trends, compliance requirements, quality indicators, and operational needs
  • Ensure standardized onboarding, orientation, and field readiness processes
  • Maintain and update all Care Coordination training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with OhioRISE and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure proper organization and upkeep of training materials on Microsoft Teams and other shared platforms
  • Support quality improvement initiatives aligned with OhioRISE requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of OhioRISE care coordination
  • At least 1 year of experience in a training-focused role in which developing, delivering, or facilitating training was a core responsibility
  • 3+ years' experience in children's behavioral health
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Have/maintain an excellent driving record
  • Ability to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers (assistance available)
