The individual will be working in group living facilities in Youngstown, Ohio, at our Belmont Avenue location. Responsibilities include assisting residents working on recovery and their ability to maintain stable housing, monitoring behaviors, conflict resolution/mediation, housekeeping, daily living skills, coordination of appointments and community resources, and documentation. This position pays $12.00/hour.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and experience working with adults with disabilities, mental health, alcohol and other drugs. Flexible scheduling and must be willing to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays. BA/BS in a social services field and experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred. Good organizational skills, working knowledge of computers and willingness to apply skills a plus. Must have a clean driving record.
