As an Outpatient Therapist based in Canton or Alliance, Ohio, you will provide essential mental health counseling and behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on diagnostic evaluations and personalized treatment plans. Reporting to the clinical supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment and medical documentation. Your expertise in working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities, will be vital in fostering a supportive therapeutic environment. Position Details:

• Eligible for $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!
• Monday – Friday Day Shift
• Pays $52,500 - $60,600 annually

Therapist & Counselor Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and become licensed as LSW or LPC within one year of employment, SWT/CT licensure, or LSW licensure with behavioral health experience
• Must have NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
• Must have skills in diagnostic assessment and psychotherapy
• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screening

Preferred Therapist & Counselors:

• · LPCC, LISW, or Psychologist licensure
• · CAQH account (if independently licensed)
