Coleman Adult Day Services is seeking an exceptional RN to work PRN at providing nursing services for older adults with functional and cognitive impairments. No evenings or weekends! PRN shifts would be to cover vacation and other paid days off Monday - Friday day shift with a minimum of 8 hours per month. Pay rate is $30 per hour.

Job Duties of RN include, but not limited to:

• Medication administration, dressing changes and other treatments and assistance with ADLs. 
• Maintain proper documentation of current medications and medication administration.
• Documentation of communication with clients, physicians, and families relating to attendance, changes and progress in health status and other necessary information.

Qualified RN will have:

• Ohio license as RN
• One-year verifiable experience working in a health care setting

Preferred RN Candidates will also have:

• Previous experience working with the geriatric population and disabled adults
• Have some dementia care and/or developmental disability experience
