Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health, mental health and rehabilitation programs, seeks a full-time Regional Director of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) to manage the mobile response teams in Erie County, Ohio for youth and families.
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and oversight for the implementation, development, organization, expansion, supervision, quality improvement, and sustainability of MRSS services for Erie County. This position will provide direction, supervision, consultation, clinical expertise, and training to MRSS Directors and staff at CHS. This position will work in conjunction with other subcontracted MRSS agencies to assist in the creation of collaborative relationships with community stakeholders to ensure fidelity, coverage, and attainment of MRSS RMP contract goals.

Duties for Regional Director of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services include but not limited to:
- Assist with the hiring of MRSS staff at Coleman Health Services as requested by contract agencies.
- Strategizes the ramping up of MRSS teams and retention of MRSS teams at CHS and with contract agencies.
- Lead regularly scheduled supervisions and meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with regional/community stakeholders and systems of care though BAA's/MOU's.
- Ensures communication regarding MRSS services is coordinated with stakeholders, such as CME's, FCFC's, schools, Department of Job and Family Services, Behavioral Health Organizations, Courts, law enforcement, hospitals, NAMI, physicians, Public Child Serving Agencies, Mental Health Boards, etc.
- Works with Coleman Chief Officers, Sr. Chief Officers, and VP of Clinical Operations to accomplish Coleman Strategic Initiatives.
- Creates Success Committee for the region to monitor progress, identify barriers, collaborate and advance the work of MRSS in the region.
- Establishes a MRSS regional budget in collaboration with the CHS Fiscal Department.
- Monitors billing, revenue, and works with the Revenue Cycle Team to ensure services are billed correctly.

Minimum Qualifications for Regional Director of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services
- A master's degree with Independent Licensure from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board. LPCC-S or LISW-S licensure or higher.
- Two years' experience working with individuals with psychiatric/behavioral health disorders in a community, residential, crisis or hospital setting.
- Demonstration and maintenance of competency in trauma informed treatment of persons under the age of 21.
- The ability to create and form effective teams who interact with clients, employees, vendors.
- Able to exercise balanced judgment in evaluating situations, making decisions, handling difficult, confrontational decisions involving risk.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications for Regional Director of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services:
- Two years of supervisory experience post independent licensure.
- Experience in emergency behavioral health.
- Direct experience with Mobile Response Stabilization Services.
