What are we looking for from you?   

·  Supervise Sr. Chief Officers to ensure business model goals and clinical outcomes are met

·  Plan and coordinate with other organizations to on shared community goals

·  Monitor clinical processes ensure uniformity across the organization

·  Monitor and develop utilization of management reports

·  Identify and implement clinical innovation within Coleman

·  Lead PDSA cycle for improved clinical and business outcomes

·  Approve business and CI plans developed by Chief Officers

·  Collaborate with MH Boards - programming, budgets, quality, & compliance

·  Provide clinical consultation

·  Local and State-wide Initiatives

o  Participate in trade association and educate managers on state-wide trends

o  Attend and Present at conferences regarding innovations at Coleman

o  Develop clinical milestones toward state-wide initiatives

·  Chair of Clinical Council and chair of Board of Trustees Committee on CI

o  Author and coordinate Clinical Plan to ensure continued clinical improvements

o  Authorize growth and expansion of menu of services

o  Endorse Evidence-based Practices

o  Approve new and modified Clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

o  Oversee the completion of Root Cause Analyses and corrective actions

·  Senior Leadership Team

o  Participate with Vice Presidents to establish Standards and Policies for Coleman Professional Services

o  Make recommendations with team to ensure compliance, quality, management training, and business excellence

o  Develop and implement of clinical milestones with acquisitions/mergers

o  Approve of grant development and submission

o  Involvement is fundraising and development activities

·  Other duties as assigned

What qualifications will you need to be successful in this role? 

·  Master's Degree in a related field

·  LPCC, LISW, or Psychologist licensure

·  Five years or more of supervision experience in behavioral health and in direct services

·  Meets Ohio Department of Mental Health Standards and maintains appropriate licensing

·  Experience with Electronic Health Records

·  Able to work effectively and collaboratively as a team, interacting with clients, vendors, and employees

·  Able to exercise balanced judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions, and to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent, and equitable manner

·  Maintain clean driving record

·  Able to work extended hours including evenings and weekends as needed, to participate in extended stays outside of home/state, and to travel
