We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take the lead on sourcing and screening candidates for all open roles at Coleman and provide hiring managers with candidates who best match the required criteria. This position is 100% in-office and based out of our Kent, Ohio location.

What are we looking for from a Talent Acquisition Specialist?
- Review job descriptions to create/revise position postings, work with hiring manager as needed
- Post all open postings within the HRIS system and external job boards; implement a tracking mechanism to monitor progress
- Work closely with external recruiters/vendors, colleges and universities, and other sourcing organizations to develop positive business partnerships
- Develop and implement:
- Recruiting strategy based upon job content, geographic location, and special circumstances
- Applicant tracking tools to provide a snapshot view of where each applicant is within the application/hiring process; manage steps; and able to provide reports on status updates
- Basic interview guide template and supplement question template that is role specific
- Recruiting and retention reports to analyze trends
- Sourcing plans
- Effective presentation skills
- Provide backup support to members of the HR team
- Other duties as assigned
What Qualifications will you need to be successful as a Talent Acquisition Specialist?
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience specific to talent acquisition and sourcing
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and expert level with Excel
- Advanced level experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and Zip Recruiter position posting and search tools
- Ability and familiarity with mining career specific sites and job boards
- Experienced in screening and interviewing techniques
- Good working knowledge of employment law
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Preference given to the following candidates:
- Master's Degree in Business or related field with at least two years of talent acquisition experience
- Previous experience recruiting for the healthcare industry
- Experience in sourcing hard to fill roles
