We are seeking a full-time therapist to work with individuals with psychiatric disorders in our Trumbull County office.  Therapist will provide counseling services and diagnostic assessments.  Must be licensed as an LPC, LSW, LPCC or LISW; have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments; and one year experience providing therapy to people with severe and persistent mental illness.  Must have an NPI and Medicaid Provider Number.

Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:

• Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
• Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
• Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account
