Intensive Home Based Therapist (IHBT) Adolescent - FT - Logan County, Ohio

Intensive Home Based therapy is the right fit for you! We are offering a salary of $47,000, and a sign on bonus! 

Coleman Health Services, formerly Coleman Professional Services (CPS), is seeking therapists for its Intensive Home Based Therapy program. Make a difference in the lives of children and families at risk for out-of-home placement. As an IHBT Therapist, your short-term involvement (3-6 months) will make a long-term impact to the child and family. Having a small caseload gives you the opportunity to spend 3-5 hours a week with each family and foster meaningful relationships to help families heal and build resilience. The services integrate assessment, crisis response, individual and family psychotherapy, service and resource coordination, rehabilitative skill development and treatment of substance use disorders. The therapist will maintain a small caseload up to 7 clients at a time with flexible scheduling.

Must have a Master's degree in related field; a LSW or LPC; a NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number; experience providing services to children and/or families; and be able to work some evening hours.
