Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking several Case Managers (CM) to join our team. We have multiple positions in various disciplines including General, ACT and CTI case management in Stark County, Ohio. All CMs assists at risk clients with accessing community based resources, housing, employment, making appropriate referrals and assisting with maintaining scheduled appointments.
