Coleman Health Services seeks a dynamic, positive, and outgoing Vice President of Human Resources & Compliance for our nationally recognized and rapidly growing community behavioral health system of 800+ employees headquartered in Kent, Ohio. This is the senior HR role managing 10 FTE's, serving on the Senior Executive Team, and participating in Board activities. The VP of HR & Compliance will direct and manage all aspects of HR and compliance activities for the organization, including planning, development, and evaluation. This role is strategic in nature and will develop and implement initiatives that are aligned with CHS goals and objectives and will work closely with the President & CEO as well as Executive Leadership. In this key role they will work closely with all members of the leadership team as a hands on leader. Manage and provide direct oversight of employee relations and all employment related claims and concerns. This position is 100% in office at the HQ in Kent and pays $125,00.00.
