Administrative Support

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized nonprofit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a seeking a full-time Administrative Support person to provide front desk coverage at the I Promise HealthQuarters in Akron, Ohio. The I Promise HealthQuarter’s  relationship with the Lebron James Family Foundation, Peg’s Foundation, Akron Public School District, and AxessPointe emphasizes partnership, outstanding communication skills and services within the community.

Job Duties:

·Takinganddocumentingpatientvitalsignsincludingweight,bloodpressure,and pulse using automated equipment

·Completion of client engagement letters

·Submitting/sending medical records

·Answering phones

·Greeting customers

·Notifying staff of client arrival

·Scheduling/confirming appointments

·Verifying insurance

·Completing portions of electronic health record data form

·Distributing mail

·Performing other general office duties

Minimum Qualifications:

·Able to multitask and work collaboratively

·Maintain confidentiality and engage with cultural humility

·Stay calm during crisis situations

·High school diploma

·Two years of medical office experience

·Experience with EHR

Preferred Qualifications:

·Previous medical records experience and excellent professionalism
